New configuration options for order entry for address of sender and address of orderer:
Required, automatically hidden. Here, the address is hidden if there is only one address in the business relation. This makes it easier for the shipper because he has less information on the order entry form.
We are pleased to introduce you our latest extension of active weborder. In addition to detail improvements, two major enhancements were introduced.
The following new features are available now with version 1.31.0.
For your shippers, the changes are initially not relevant unless you activate them for a shipper.
Your active logistics AG.
Now you have the option to deactivate the distinction according to order type for individual business relations. In this case your shipper only gets offered the menu Express order.
With this it dropped the necessary to create a loadinglist and the order entry process will be accordingly shortened and simplified.
Damit entfällt die Notwendigkeit eine Ladeliste zu erstellen und der Auftragserfassungsprozess wird entsprechend verkürzt und vereinfacht. Otherwise, the complete configuration scope of weborder is available
This function is intended for small shippers who only occasionally record individual orders or shifting traffic.
Essentially, this involves a conversion of all order entry to procurement orders. Accordingly, you will find the orders in your procurement order lists and in your EDI communication. This evasion is hidden for your shipper.
We recommend to use this setting together with the activation of collinummery generation on procurement orders.
Since procurement orders in the standard provide for the customer as the recipient, we also recommend that you change the input configuration when using the express order entry option, that the deviating receiver is configured as “normal”.
We have also adjusted the terms in standard order printing accordingly. If you use an individual order printing template please note that this can not be adjusted automatically by us.
Individuell forwarder dangerous goods list
In this version we have build up a possiblity for every forwarder context to use an own dangerous goods list deviant from the standard ADR list.
Now you have the option dangerous goods generally exclude from the order entry or to expand the list with individual elements
We point out from our side that we individual dangerous goods list will not automatically update if a new ADR will be published
