This is the question we are facing in our daily acting and our product development.“

Our products and services shall meet even the highest requirements in terms of quality and availability. However, we consider the consulting and support during the implementation and operation process as well as a continuous, non-bureaucratic support of operational problems on equal terms as important items of a good service.

We are very happy about the fact that our customers are appreciating the work of our competent employees within the support and operating departments very much and that they have acknowledged it in our current customer survey. Using an assessment according to the school grade system from 1 (excellent) down to 6 (failure) we could reach a good result of 1.8 on average within the areas customer support and problem solving.
